The For We Care Outreach Network Society (the “Society”) will accept all donations subject to the requirements of the Canada Revenue Agency according to which the Donor must lose control over the donated funds.

However, our Board of Directors has established the policy that it will attempt to honor the Donor’s designations for a specific approved project and apply 100% of such donations to the designated and approved project, without deduction for administrative costs*. Occasionally we receive more contributions for a given approved project than can be wisely applied to that project. When that happens, we attempt to use these funds to meet a similar pressing need; provided, however, the Board reserves the right to allocate designated donations, that cannot be wisely used as directed, for any purpose according to the Objectives of the Society. Donations that are received as designated for non-existent or non-approved projects will be allocated to the General Fund.

* Most of our administrative needs are obtained free of charge through volunteers. Administrative Costs that can’t be avoided or obtained free of charge are covered from donations made to our General Fund. During the year 2015, this cost was less than 1.5% of donations received.

In any case, it is our policy to meet the needs God lays before us, so that Christ is lifted up and the Gospel is advanced.
