Notice of Board of Directors Meeting and Annual General Meeting

Location

Due to the COVID situation and other constrains the Board of Directors has decided to hold the 2022 Annual General Meeting as well as the Directors’ Meeting via ZOOM.

If you wish to participate in the ZOOM meeting at 8:00 pm Calgary time on Wednesday June 29, 2022 please email Wolfgang Rochow at wolfgang@gestalt.com and provide him with the email address from which you will log into the meeting. We will then provide you with the log-in information as well as other material via email.

Attendees will be provided with copies of the Minutes of the “Combined Board of Directors & Membership Annual General Meeting” held on October 11, 2021 plus Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2021

The ZOOM meeting(s) will be scheduled as follows:

Meeting #1
Presentation of Financial Statements to December 31, 2021 for approval by Board of Directors.

Meeting #2 Annual General Meeting 2022:
Confirmation/election of Directors and Management Team.
New Business

Meeting #3
Board of Directors:
New Business that may arise from actions taken during the Annual General Meeting.

Please note: These meetings will be held sequentially and anyone interested in being involved in Christian ministries and “For We Care” is welcome to attend all meetings.
