Under this structure, the Board is focused on establishing and monitoring overall policy and direction. Due to its relatively small size it can meet on short notice and possibly without geographical concerns.

The Management Team carries out the day to day activities under the direction of the Board. By reporting to the CEO, the Treasurer and the various Vice-Presidents/Task Managers can be guided as a team and monitored to assure that all assignments are on schedule and according to established guidelines and procedures.

The CEO, on the other hand, is responsible to the Board for the Team’s performance.
